minicrew Terms of Service
Effective date: June 1, 2026
Version: 2.2
Chapter 1. General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Survivor ("we", "us", or "the Company") and you ("you" or "the User") in connection with the use of the minicrew service ("the Service") operated by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" means the minicrew multi-agent solution and all related digital content provided by the Company.
- "User" means any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service or purchases a paid product. There is no separate account registration; the email address you enter at checkout serves as your User identifier.
- "Buyer" means a User who has completed payment for a paid product (Docs / Download / Enterprise).
- "Free Content" means the conceptual guides, documentation, and other materials that the Company makes publicly available at no cost through minicrew.dev and external documentation platforms.
- "Paid Product" means any of the Company's products — Docs, Download, Enterprise, etc. — for which a perpetual usage right or content access right is granted in exchange for a one-time payment.
- "Content" means all digital materials provided through the Service, including software, documentation, guides, code, and updates.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of these Terms)
- We post these Terms on minicrew.dev so that Users can review them at any time.
- We may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, including the Korean Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and the Korean Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
- Amendments will be posted on the Site at least 7 days before they take effect (or 30 days in advance if the change is materially adverse to Users).
- If you do not agree to an amendment, you may stop using the Service or request data deletion. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Chapter 2. Use of the Service
Article 4 (Formation of the Service Agreement)
- No separate account registration is required. You can access Free Content immediately by visiting minicrew.dev. The Service agreement is formed at the moment of paid product checkout, when you agree to these Terms and submit your email address.
- We may refuse use or payment in the following cases:
- You provide a false email address or intend to use the Service for fraudulent purposes.
- You have previously had access restricted for breach of these Terms.
Article 5 (Eligibility)
- Use of the Service and purchase of a paid product require you to be at least 14 years of age.
- Users aged 14 to under 19 must obtain consent from their legal guardian before purchasing a paid product.
Article 6 (Email and License-Key Management)
- Buyers are responsible for safeguarding the email address used at checkout and the License key issued to them.
- The License key is a non-exclusive, non-transferable identifier issued to the Buyer. It may not be transferred to or shared with any third party.
- If unauthorized use or leakage of the License key is detected, you must notify us immediately. We are not liable for damages caused by delayed notification.
Chapter 3. Provision of the Service
Article 7 (Service Plans)
- Free Content: conceptual guides and documentation made publicly available at no cost. The scope of published content may change without prior notice.
- Docs: digital content such as documentation and guides, delivered immediately upon payment with perpetual access.
- Download: everything in Docs plus the patch key, installation guide, Slack bot and environment setup guides, and 30 days of post-purchase support; a self-install product granting a perpetual usage right for a one-time payment.
- Enterprise: custom agent configuration, dedicated onboarding, SLA, and contract-based support, governed by a separate agreement.
- All paid product prices are VAT-exclusive and may change at the Company's discretion. We may introduce additional plans or add-on services in the future; details will be announced separately.
Article 8 (Service Availability)
- The Service is generally available 24/7, year-round.
- The Service may be temporarily unavailable in the following cases. We will provide advance notice where reasonably possible:
- System maintenance, replacement, or scheduled upkeep.
- Force majeure such as natural disasters, power outages, network failures, or cyberattacks.
- Outages of hosting providers (e.g., Vercel) or other third-party dependencies.
Article 9 (Service Changes and Discontinuation)
- We may modify all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons.
- If we fully discontinue the Service, we will provide 90 days' advance notice and offer a reasonable refund of residual value to existing paid product holders.
Chapter 4. Payment and Licensing
Article 10 (Pricing)
- Paid product prices are as posted on the Service website (minicrew.dev); all are one-time payments and VAT-exclusive.
- Enterprise is provided under an individual agreement, the terms of which prevail over these Terms.
- Settlement currency: Korean won (KRW).
- Pricing may change at our discretion. Price changes do not apply retroactively to Buyers who have already completed payment.
Article 11 (Payment Methods)
- Payments are processed through a payment gateway (PG) or simple-payment service designated by the Company.
- Payment processing is performed directly by the designated payment service provider; we receive only the payment result information that the provider transmits.
- We may add or change available payment methods; any changes will be announced on the Site.
Article 12 (Effect of the Paid Product)
- The license and content access rights for a paid product take effect upon completion of payment. The License key and Content access information are sent to the email address submitted at checkout.
- The license grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service to one individual Buyer.
Chapter 5. User Obligations
Article 13 (Our Obligations)
- We comply with applicable law and these Terms, and we work to provide a stable and continuous Service.
- We maintain a separate Privacy Policy to protect User personal information.
- We will properly address feedback and complaints from Users when we determine them to be reasonable.
Article 14 (Your Obligations)
- You must comply with applicable law, these Terms, our usage guidelines, and any notices we provide.
- Buyers must maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of the email address used at checkout and the License key.
Article 15 (Prohibited Conduct)
You must not:
- Transfer, lend, or share the License key or payment information with any third party.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
- Resell or redistribute the Service.
- Interfere with our operations or place an abnormal load on our system resources.
- Impersonate another person or submit false information.
- Engage in any conduct that violates applicable law.
Chapter 6. Data Deletion and Refunds
Article 16 (Data Deletion Requests)
- You may at any time request deletion of your personal information (email used at checkout, payment records, etc.).
- We will process deletion requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Items subject to statutory retention obligations (e.g., transaction records retained for 5 years) will be retained for the required period.
- A data deletion request does not constitute a refund request.
Article 17 (Refunds)
- Docs and Download are digital content products for which Content access and repository download rights are granted immediately upon payment. Pursuant to Article 17(2)(5) of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the right of withdrawal is extinguished at the moment payment is completed.
- As a result, refunds are not provided for Buyer's-remorse cancellations.
- Refunds remain available for issues attributable to us (such as failure to issue a License, material deviation between advertised and actual features, or service outage lasting 30 or more days). The specifics are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
- Refunds for the Enterprise product are governed by the refund clauses of its individual agreement, which prevail.
Chapter 7. Liability and Disclaimers
Article 18 (Intellectual Property)
- All intellectual property rights in the software, documentation, design, and trademarks provided in connection with the Service belong to us.
- You may use the Service only within the scope of the rights we grant.
Article 19 (Disclaimers)
- We are not liable for any failure to provide the Service due to force majeure, including natural disasters, war, network failures, or government action.
- We are not liable for disruptions caused by your own fault.
- We do not warrant the accuracy or usefulness of the outputs you obtain by using the Service (for example, automatically generated code or artifacts), and we are not liable for any damages arising from their use.
- Our aggregate liability shall not, in any event, exceed the amount the Buyer has paid to us.
Article 20 (Dispute Resolution)
- In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek to resolve it in good faith through consultation.
- If consultation fails, the matter may be referred to dispute mediation through the Korea Consumer Agency under the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
- Any litigation arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Suwon District Court, Seongnam Branch (수원지방법원 성남지원) in the Republic of Korea.
Supplementary Provisions
- These Terms take effect on June 1, 2026 (previous version V2.0 — May 20, 2026).
- When these Terms are amended, we will publish a comparison document showing the changes between the previous and revised versions.
Note on Governing Law
The Service is provided by a Korean legal entity. These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, including the statutes referenced above, regardless of where you access the Service from.
