minicrew Refund Policy
Effective date: June 1, 2026
Version: 2.2
1. Refund Principles
The minicrew Docs and Download products are digital content products for which Content access and repository download rights are granted immediately upon payment. Pursuant to Article 17(2)(5) of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (the "E-Commerce Act") — which restricts subscription withdrawal for digital content once provision has begun — the right of subscription withdrawal is extinguished at the moment payment is completed. Refunds for the Enterprise product are governed by the refund clauses of its individual agreement, which prevail.
We therefore apply the following principles:
- Buyer's-remorse refunds: not available (digital content immediately provided).
- Refunds for issues attributable to us: available (see Section 2 below).
2. Refund-Eligible Cases (Issues Attributable to Us)
We will issue a full or reasonable partial refund in the following cases:
- No-access refund within 7 days: If you have never accessed the digital content, a full refund is available within 7 days of the purchase date upon request.
- The license is not properly issued despite completed payment.
- The core features actually provided materially differ from what was advertised or specified in these terms.
- The Service fails to operate normally for 30 or more consecutive days for reasons not attributable to the Buyer.
- We fully discontinue the business (a reasonable refund of residual value will be provided).
- Any other case where applicable law requires a refund.
- The 30-day post-purchase support included in the Download product is an ancillary service and is not factored into refund amount calculations.
3. Refund-Ineligible Cases
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Buyer's-remorse cancellations — including "it didn't fit my use case" or "I no longer need it" (Article 17(2)(5) of the E-Commerce Act).
- Loss of eligibility due to a breach of these terms or fraudulent use.
- Leakage or unauthorized use of the License key or checkout email caused by Buyer negligence.
- Voluntary data deletion requests (a data deletion request does not constitute a refund request).
- Temporary impact from policy changes or outages at third-party dependencies (LLM API providers, hosting providers, etc.) that are outside our control.
4. How to Request a Refund
4-1. Channels
You can request a refund via the channels below. For identity verification, please send your request from the email address you used at checkout.

- Depending on your payment method, an additional 1–5 business days may be required for the funds to appear, per the policies of the payment processor and your card issuer.
- We will notify you of the result by email.
6. Refund Method
- Reversal to the original payment method is the default (refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction).
- If reversal to the original payment method is technically not possible, we will transfer the refund to a bank account you designate. We will cover any transfer fees.
7. Dispute Resolution

- Request a re-review through our customer support.
